And we are once again fully operational. Now I just need something to photograph…

May 4, 2008, 9:16 PM

I finally got a chance to test the new Kodak Z1012 IS camera tonight, and let me say that this is a big leap from Big Mavica. So here’s a quick round of test shots:

My kitchen

The kitchen sink

The contents of my freezer

My computer desk

And once again, if that freezer doesn’t scream out, “SINGLE!!!!” than I don’t know what will. And then that last picture is indeed the world headquarters of The Schumin Web, with my big CEO chair.

So now we just have to find something to photograph, to officially welcome this new camera to the fold. Of course, being the breakout set, it puts it into the same category as Wal-Mart, Autumn Leaves, and the as-yet-unreleased Operation Reconnect set, all of which were first sets with other cameras. So we’ll see…

Web site: Looking back, this was one of Big Mavica's earlier fine moments. This was a fun set.

Song: The "Numa Numa" song, which I was listening to on the way back from Stuarts Draft. Blast these catchy tunes...

Quote: New camera, yaaaay!
