March 20, 2013, 12:15 AM – Transit Center: Large update made to the Washington Metro section, mostly for the Orange and Red Lines. One new page: Branch Avenue Yard.
March 12, 2013, 1:24 AM – The version of the site designed for smaller screens has been temporarily disabled due to caching problems.
March 11, 2013, 9:16 PM – Fixed a site problem that was causing images in photo sets to not load properly. This also helps ensure that the entire website is served from Ashburn, Virginia, which should improve response times for many users.
February 2, 2013, 11:07 AM – Updated commenting system to the Disqus 2012 layout. This affects the Journal and various sections within the Archives.
January 27, 2013, 10:59 PM – The font size for comments made in the Journal and other places has been reduced to more closely match the other text on the pages.
January 26, 2013, 11:06 PM – My host has notified me that the server move is complete. Schumin Web is now physically hosted in Ashburn, Virginia. Response times should now be back to normal.
January 26, 2013, 8:47 PM – My host is currently moving Schumin Web from a Los Angeles-based facility to Ashburn, Virginia. This is the cause of slower site response times lately.
January 23, 2013, 3:33 PM – Updated Contact Information page in regards to Facebook. If you're messaging me via Facebook, please do so through the website's page, and not my personal page. It relates to notification speed.
December 30, 2012, 1:58 AM – The photo box in the Journal is now powered by Instagram, replacing TwitPic, for reasons of greater flexibility. Additionally, the Instagram box now shows up on the low-res/mobile version of the site.
December 20, 2012, 2:05 AM – I have formally ended my involvement with the English Wikipedia. I wish the Wikipedia community the best in the future.
December 16, 2012, 12:38 AM – Schumin Web and College Life are now running WordPress 3.5.
December 8, 2012, 9:56 PM – Transit Center: Added new photos from 2009 to Miscellaneous, Railroad, Green Line, and Yellow Line pages in the Washington Metro section.
