Notes Removed from 1616 P Street NW in Washington DC during a fire alarm upgrade in 2012, where all of the audible notification appliances, previously a combination of Wheelock AH and NS horns, were replaced with System Sensor bells and Wheelock RSSP strobes. See "New fire alarms at work… again…" in the Journal for more details. This particular horn went off right over my head in June 2009 when the alarm system malfunctioned.
