February 2, 2003, 9:15 PM – Added The Sprinkler Disaster to College Life under Senior Year.
February 2, 2003, 1:19 AM – All menus on The Schumin Web are now powered by a database. This is the permanent solution to the Metropolitan Advertising bug as previously mentioned. Additionally, there is now an Alternate Navigation page providing text links to all pages within the site, also powered by the new database.
February 1, 2003, 1:49 PM – Changed the Splash Page picture to one of me posing with the James Madison statue at JMU.
January 31, 2003, 9:53 PM – The Photo Essay A Snapshot of Metropolitan Advertising was discovered to have been accidentally removed from the menu! For now, you can use this link to get there, and then a permanent fix will be implemented this weekend when the navigation menus are upgraded to be powered by a database. Additionally, on the Photo Essay The Metro of Tomorrow, there were no database entries powering the large images. This has now been fixed, and the large images for this photo essay are now functional.
January 25, 2003, 12:30 PM – Updated the Fire Alarm Collection pages. The manufacturer names now display better in the headings, plus I generally updated certain alarm descriptions.
January 20, 2003, 11:19 PM – Added all kinds of new merchandise to the Online Store: Women's T-Shirts, Panties, Camisoles, Night Shirts, Toddler Hoodies, Tile Boxes, Rectangular and Oval Stickers, and Bumper Stickers.
January 14, 2003, 7:57 PM – Finally added the sounds for the Cerberus Pyrotronics MTL-S15-S multitone horn/strobe to the Fire Alarm Collection pages.
January 12, 2003, 9:20 AM – In the Photo Essays section, I officially changed the "Powered By" headers from StratoSearch to Almond Street. The Almond Street Web site, however, is still incomplete - visit The Schumin Web Community discussion forums for more details as well as discussion on Almond Street.
January 11, 2003, 7:03 PM – Back in Potomac Hall again, and I updated the splash page picture with one from the fire alarm set from College Life.

December 23, 2002, 9:46 PM – Fixed a mistake on the route for the Third Walk. It now correctly follows Grace Street at the end of the walk.

December 18, 2002, 5:34 AM – New Photo Essay stuff! New Botanical Gardens and Iwo Jima Memorial photo essays. Additionally, the Outtakes section was rearranged and expanded. Now we have Photo Outtakes 1, Photo Outtakes 2, and Movie Outtakes (containing some VERY silly movies). Check it out!

December 2, 2002, 6:19 PM – Changed all Schumin Web copyright notices to reflect my company's new name, from StratoNet to the new Almond Street Image Service.
December 1, 2002, 12:42 AM – StratoNet, parent company of The Schumin Web, is now named Almond Street Image Service.
November 18, 2002, 6:22 PM – A considerable portion of the removed parts of The Schumin Web have now been restored. Restored is ALL missing material from the Quote Archives and the Web Cam Archives, as well as the following College Life photo sets: Inside My Room (Senior Year), Who Would Ever Hurt A Whammy, Inside My Room (Junior Year), D-Hall, An Hour in the Post Office Lounge, Sledding At ISAT, and Swimming at Potomac.
November 16, 2002, 9:15 PM – Reorganized the Photo Essays section! Now the photo essays are arranged by year, and then alphabetically inside the year.
November 15, 2002, 12:21 AM – Added the first Photo Essay taken with Big Mavica! Check out Autumn Leaves over in the Photo Essay section!
November 14, 2002, 11:26 PM – Minor update on "Childhood Days Later Years" in Main Event, adding more detail to the robot picture's description.

October 12, 2002, 2:33 AM – Reprogrammed the Online Store a little bit for greater efficiency, and in the process, the Beer Steins are back, plus I now have Infant/Toddler T-Shirts, Snap Bibs, and those cute little metal lunchboxes like you used to have when you were a kid.
October 7, 2002, 12:57 AM – Brought the Web Cam Archives up to the present, with July, August, and September 2002 archives now in place.
October 5, 2002, 1:38 PM – Did a little rehabilitation to the headers on the site... now the "Choose a page" titles are outside the Iframe. This should fix the problem with the scrollbars going out of frame.
October 4, 2002, 6:55 AM – The Web Cam is now operational once again! I've switched monitoring programs, from Creative Video Blaster WebCam Monitor to a new program called ConquerCam. There is no loss of services as a result of the program switch, thankfully.
September 23, 2002, 5:47 AM – Changed StratoSearch Stock Photography shopping cart slightly... now shoppers must agree to the license agreement before the photos go in their cart.

September 16, 2002, 10:44 PM – Eighth Grade Online Yearbook has now moved to its new subdomain home, http://yearbook.schuminweb.com/.
September 15, 2002, 4:46 AM – StratoSearch: All of the site except for Shopping are now on stratosearch.com server, at their respective subdomains.
September 15, 2002, 4:46 AM – Moved D-Hall photo essays from Photo Essays section to College Life section, where they make a better fit with the surrounding content.
September 10, 2002, 3:07 AM – Switched over a bunch of Email links to forms to help reduce spam and virus attachments. Also changed my Email address, and this is accessible through the new form. My old address, ben@schuminweb.com, will work until I say otherwise.
