Site Updates: Menus now databased

All menus on The Schumin Web are now powered by a database. This is the permanent solution to the Metropolitan Advertising bug as previously mentioned. Additionally, there is now an Alternate Navigation page providing text links to all pages within the site, also powered by the new database.
