Site Updates: Virginia Beach 2000 links repaired

Added nav-links to the bottom of the pages for my Virginia Beach trip in 2000. It had not occurred to me when I removed those links on the bottom during the redesign (for cosmetic reasons) how annoying it would be without them. These links will also be restored to the other pages where they were removed.
