Site Updates: Schumin Web Community changes

Changed The Schumin Web Community around a little bit. The Almond Street section has been removed entirely, as Almond Street no longer exists online. Also changed the College Life board to sit in both “The Schumin Web” and “Subsidiary Sites of The Schumin Web”. Same board, both areas. This will last until the College Life subsidiary site opens and College Life on The Schumin Web closes.
