Site Updates: New splash photo

Changed the splash page picture on the Web site from “Ugly Fruit” to “Head Boppers” for March, with this file photo from August 2002, taken in Potomac Hall. And yes, that shirt did have a logo on it at one time, but it has been airbrushed out.
