Site Updates: GFDL markings

The display page for full size photos in Life and Times and Photography has been modified to mark those images that are made available under the GNU Free Documentation License. Please note that the database settings required to actually show the GFDL tag have not yet been set. This will come later. In addition, any image not explicitly marked as having been made available under the GFDL should be assumed to not be available under the GFDL.
