Notes: The blue lights on the motorcycle are highly illegal, as it turns out. In fact, when I came by, the Charlottesville Police were speaking with the owner of this motorcycle and a second motorcycle with similar lighting in red. I said, "I didn't think those lights were legal!" and the police officer said, "They're not. That's why we're here." So there you go.
