“There’s no candy in hell! That’s why it’s hell!”
This quote came from none other than Roseanne, which she said on the show Roseanne’s first season, on the Halloween episode. The premise behind it is that the dead come back from hell, and come back to haunt us on Halloween. Why, you may ask? For the candy! There’s no candy in hell! That’s why it’s hell! So… we have to dress up as ghosts, goblins, or, in this case, fairies, in order to scare the dead back into hell, so we can keep all the candy to ourselves. Speaking of candy, your Webmaster is officially a dud when it comes to Halloween. I didn’t go to any Halloween parties, and so my entire Halloween thing was basically to put on the scariest thing I own (my Schumin Web sweatshirt), go to Wal-Mart in Dayton (the Harrisonburg Wal-Mart is filthy!), and get myself some candy. And I also got to take pictures of everyone else in their costumes…
