Mountain Scenery
As The Schumin Web Photo Essay Blitz goes, this was the end of the road. This was the last identified photo "target", and it was run as a cool-down activity after a week of photography that produced a total of 2,860 images. To sum it all up, I think we could just say "wow" and "really".
So with this last destination, I really took a little while to get some productive relaxation. This is up near the northern terminus of the Blue Ridge Parkway, and in mid-March is fairly quiet and peaceful, with most of the nature-seekers still at home.
